RETURNS POLICY
1. Return or exchange will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.
2. No exchange/return will be accepted if the product was purchased at a discounted price.
3. Saree(s) cannot be exchanged/refunded if Fall-Pico is done.
4. Made to Order product(s) are not eligible for any exchange/refund.
5. If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, kindly do not accept OR open it.
6. Exchange/return requests MUST be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery, provided:
- The original invoice must be produced.
- The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
7. All exchange/return requests should be emailed to info@shivangikasliwal.com
8. Shivangi Kasliwal reserves the right to decide if the product is in the appropriate condition for exchange/refund
and such decision shall be final and binding.
9. We offer exchanges and returns only in extreme circumstances.
